Law firm has an immediate opening for a self-motivated real estate attorney. Candidate must possess a Florida Bar License and have 2-4 years of mortgage foreclosure litigation experience. Candidate will be responsible for working contested and uncontested files including reviewing complaints, preparing motions for default, motions for summary judgment, discovery, final judgment hearings and trials.
