A Real Estate Law Firm is growing! A well-established and leading law firm specializing in the representation of homeowner, condominium, and community associations is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience, for our Boca Raton, FL office. The attorney advises boards of directors on corporate issues, manages covenant enforcement, and provides contract review. Our Associates have immediate and direct client contact, work on substantive matters and contribute to the exceptional service our clients have come to expect. Qualified candidates must be licensed in Florida and have strong writing and analytical skills. Knowledge of and experience with the Florida Condominium Act/Florida Homeowners Association Act is a plus.

The hours for this exempt position are 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday. The role starts out as a full-time in office position, with the potential to go hybrid after a period of training. The starting salary for this role is $85,000. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide representation to Condominium/Homeowner Associations.
  • Perform legal research and document review.
  • Prepare opinion and violation demand letters.
  • Provide counsel regarding Board of Directors/Owner issues.
  • Attend client Board Meetings to provide guidance as needed.
  • Knowledge of Homeowners Association Governing documents (Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations).
  • Responsible for drafting, finalizing, and recording documents related to Condominium and Homeowners Associations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Condominium Statutes and advise client's Board of Directors.
  • Ability to support multiple tasks simultaneously and provide timely follow-up to Partners and clients.
  • Participate in all Continuing Legal Education training.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
