Litigation Lawyer - Pre-Trial

Our established and still growing law practice is looking for an Attorney with at least three years of pre-trial litigation knowledge to join our LITIGATION TEAM at our Garden City workplace. Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research
Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
Depositions (experience a plus but will train)
