Job Summary:
Our Pre- Litigation Attorneys are responsible for all aspects of a personal injury case (up to the filing of a complaint) including, but not limited to:

Supervising and providing direction to a team of staff members
Evaluating the merits of a personal injury case
Providing guidance and counsel to clients
Medical case review
Research and legal analysis
Negotiating and authorizing settlements in the pre-litigation stage

Qualifications and Skills:

A license in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts
At least two years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience
Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
The ability to handle a large and active caseload
Prioritization of client representation and customer service
Excellent investigator and problem-solver skills
Success providing direction and guidance to your team
Formidable negotiation skills
