- Manage a caseload of auto and truck injury cases from inception to trial
- Conduct all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions and appear in court on behalf of clients
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance adjusters
- Work closely with other attorneys and staff members to ensure excellent client service
