Job Description: A Law Firm in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking an associate with 3-7 years of litigation experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate should have strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills and must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the State Bar of Michigan.

The Litigation Associate will be responsible for conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings, conducting/defending depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court. Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations and experience with trial preparation is also welcome.
