Description:
The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate personal injury cases,
- Legal research, and prepare memo, brief etc.
- Draft pleading, discovery demand and responses, motions, and brief,
- Appear before courts and represent clients, regarding client's claims
- Defend or take deposition,
- Conferred with Experts, and prepare for trial
- Negotiate and settle claims or action
Qualification:
- License to practice law in New York.
- J.D. Degree
- Able to use computer software, word, Adobe, outlook, remote working environment, TEAM Meeting, other similar technology etc.,
- Able to perform all work beginning to trial of the case,
- Excellent writing skill and
- Able to work independently and coordinate and work with other team members.
- Personal injury litigation experience 2-5 years as an attorney is preferred.
