- Handle a caseload of personal injury matters, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, nursing home abuse and more.
- Conduct thorough legal research, analyze cases, and develop effective legal strategies.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are informed and well-prepared throughout the legal process.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and more.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the field of personal injury.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
