The applicant must possess strong writing, research, verbal, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency required. Filevine/Needles experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, interrogatories, motions, etc.
- Conduct depositions, court hearings, and trial preparation
- Negotiations
- Litigation and pre-litigation case load
- Case management
- Effective client communication
Skills:
- 1-3 years of prior plaintiff's personal injury or insurance defense experience is required
- Detailed Oriented
- Excellent writer and researcher
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
- Computer literacy
- Outstanding customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
