Description:
We are looking for two more attorneys to join our team! We have openings in both our Litigation and Pre-Litigation departments. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys interested in personal injury law!Pre-Litigation:
- We offer a hybrid work environment consisting of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote each week!
- Negotiate personal injury cases (mostly car accident) pre-suit.
- Help clients navigate the personal injury process with a goal of settlement.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to understand common car accident injuries and read medical records
- Open to new and experienced lawyers!!!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Litigation:
- This is an active trial position. We have tried 6 cases so far this year and will eventually try 20+ in 2024!
- Handle an active litigation docket.
- Go to trial
- Take and defend depositions
- Mediate cases
- Attend hearings
- Manage paralegals
- The successful candidate will have actual litigation experience.
- This is a true hybrid/remote position. You are free to come and go from the office as you please.
