An International Law Firm Based in Houston, Texas is seeking a counsel to join the Technology section in our Houston or Austin office. Our ideal candidate will have extensive trademark experience preferably in the energy, high-tech, or real estate industries. Other experience in intellectual property areas including licensing, technology transactions, diligence, copyrights, opinions, and non-disclosure agreements is preferred. The candidate must be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, Texas preferred.
