Although we are able to resolve some cases without filing a lawsuit, most of our cases must be litigated to obtain the most fair and just result from the insurance company.
Since we were founded in 2016, the firm has been in a constant state of change and growth. Our Managing Attorney started the firm with one paralegal and we have now grown to a team of sixteen.

There is an opportunity for both first and second chair trial experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with litigating personal injury cases from case filing to trial
- Take depositions of defendants
- Prepare and present plaintiffs for deposition
- Work closely with clients and Paralegals to develop and document evidence
- Draft responses to written discovery, expert disclosures and pre-trial filings
- Draft Motions to Compel, Responses to Summary Judgment, and others
- Conduct legal research and argue pre-trial motions
Requirements:
- Admitted to Texas Bar
- 3+ years of personal injury experience, either defense or plaintiff
- Caring attitude towards clients consistent with the firm's core value of being client centered
- Growth oriented mindset understanding that lifelong learning is required for success
- This position will require flexibility beyond standard office hours to accommodate case deadlines, client needs, or other business demands. While the office is open from 8:30am-5:30pm, evening and weekend work will be necessary.
