Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have 3 - 5 years of law firm Real Estate & Land Use experience, preferably in a sophisticated national law firm environment.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, and other sophisticated commercial real estate transactions (both single asset and multi-asset).
Candidates will be experienced in drafting, communication, and have a thorough understanding of title, survey, and other commercial real estate due diligence.
Experience on the real estate aspects of renewable and conventional energy project acquisition and development is nice to have.
Candidates should possess strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
