An American Law Firm's Intellectual Property team is seeking a highly
qualified 3rd year Patent Associate or Patent Agent in our Roseland, NJ,
Centerville, UT, Washington, DC, or Palo Alto, CA locations. Candidates
should have experience in drafting, preparing, filing, and prosecuting
patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware
software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and
cloud computing. A degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering,
with work experience as a software developer, is required. Must be
