A Long, Proud Tradition of Service, a leading Massachusetts law firm with offices in Worcester, Westborough and Boston, is seeking an experienced municipal, labor, and school law attorney to join the team. This position is part-time working in either our Westborough or Worcester office with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.Job Requirements:
Responsibilities will include representing municipalities, public school districts, and other public entities on matters related to general municipal law, employment and labor relations, and education law, including collective bargaining, policy drafting, administrative hearings, student rights, and other education-related issues. Experience in municipal, employment, or education law matters, including federal and state laws governing public entities, is required.
Excellent analytical, drafting, and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials, practical problem-solving ability, and the ability to interact effectively with clients are required.
