The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of substantial federal court commercial litigation experience; bankruptcy court knowledge and experience would also add value. Candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, ability to work independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Stellar academics and Florida Bar admission required. Hybrid work schedule available.
