Responsibilities:
  • Operate legal department within budget and meet profit goals
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, motivating, training, and developing senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to help build a stronger legal team
  • Maintain and develop your own client caseload (particularly handling complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney
  • Supervise operations of the firm including the establishment of the office's team structure, the communication and enforcement of our team's values, and meaningful contribution to strategic business decisions to achieve company goals
  • Make sure that our legal team is providing the highest level of client service by evaluating their quality and productivity and making recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
  • Decision-making, public speaking and supervisory experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of various computer programs, creating budgets, and analyzing reports
  • Five years of required experience as a attorney
  • Four-year bachelor's degree, along with a three-year law degree from an accredited law school
  • Excellent relationship building, leadership, process improvement, and communication skills are required
