Description:

Clark Hill is seeking an experienced Attorney with 5+ years of experience for its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. This is a partnership-track position with an opportunity to take a leadership role on a new team and help design innovative legal strategies. All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Candidates Must Have the Following Experience/ Skills:

Civil litigation and automobile warranty defense
Experience with the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, deposition, and mediation
Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
