at least six years of personal injury litigation experience,
meaningful first chair trial experience to handle litigation cases from filing through settlement or trial,
be a strong writer, provide attention to details and possess strong organizational skills,
be self-motivated, able to fully develop cases and able to lead a litigation team, and
be energetic, hard-working, and a team-player.
