About the Job:
This
is a full-time role for a Litigation Attorney at Litigation Attorneys
with over ten (10) years of litigation and trial experience. The
Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling defense litigation
cases on a day-to-day basis. This includes conducting legal research,
drafting and filing motions, representing clients in court hearings and
trials, and taking depositions. This is an on-site role based in Los
Angeles, CA.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in law, including defense litigation
- Proficiency in drafting and filing motions
- Experience in representing clients in courts, including trial experience
- Ability to conduct depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Experience in the California legal system is a plus
- Admission to the California State Ba
