Primary Responsibilities:
- High level legal analysis
- Court Filings
- Depositions
- Mediations
- Discovery
- Trials including first chair and arbitration
- Potential client conferences
- Supervising and training litigation associates and paralegals
- Working and collaborating with other attorneys within the firm as desired on a cross-referral basis
- Actively participate in the firm's marketing and business development initiatives to promote the litigation practice including related client updates, blogs, etc.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of California
- 10+ years of Litigation experience required, 15+ years preferred
- Motivated, proactive, respectful, friendly, ambitious
