A Business Law Firm seeks to hire an attorney to join the Litigation Practice Team in our Naples, FL office.We are seeking candidates with 15 or more years of experience in commercial litigation, with excellent research and writing abilities, and extensive experience arguing motions and with trial experience. Experience with construction defects is preferred. The successful candidate will have demonstrated business development experience, including a portable book of business with growth potential; ability to manage files, supervise client contact and lead commercial cases; the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding customer/client service skills.
