An Alabama Attorney is looking to hire a litigation associate attorney for its Birmingham, Alabama Office.Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Alabama 5+ years
- 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience preferred
- Experience with general liability and workers' compensation preferred
- Experience with depositions and trials preferred
- Superior communication, writing, and research skills
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports

- insurance defense litigation: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Alabama Bar License (Required)
