We are looking for an Associate Attorney that possesses excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills, for an exciting opportunity to be part of our Medical Malpractice team.The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience) in the areas of medical malpractice or personal injury litigation, and will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues. A license to practice law in the state of Colorado is preferred.
