Boutique firm specializing in intellectual property and business matters
(both transactional and litigation), has an immediate opening for a
full time Litigation Associate Attorney. A minimum of five (5) years'
experience is required. Ideal candidates will have a strong background
in business litigation preferably with experience in intellectual
property or employment litigation. Strong legal research, writing,
negotiation, and oral advocacy skills along with a results-oriented team
approach are required. Must be comfortable with significant client
contact, work well within a team, and be able to handle all aspects of
litigation from start to finish.
