A Law Firm, a growing mid-sized law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Rochester, NY office. Our litigation practice team members handle commercial and general civil litigation matters and have experience representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State with a minimum of two years of experience representing clients in litigated matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Labor and employment law experience is a plus.We look to hire bright individuals who are self-starters as well as team players with a strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and who take ownership of their projects. The salary range for this position is $95,000-$130,000 and will be determined based on prior relevant experience.
