A Full-Service Law Firm's Denver, CO office is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment to represent sophisticated clients confronted with complex legal challenges.This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with general liability, construction defect, coverage and insurance defense experience seeking to grow their professional skills and partner with multiple practice groups.
The Position:
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Admitted in CO and currently practicing; admission in WY and/or UT a plus
- Insurance coverage experience a plus
- Superior communication, writing, and research skills
- Legal project management experience is helpful
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
