Description:
We are a small law firm located in the greater Louisville metropolitan area looking to hire an associate attorney for a currently-available position in our litigation section. It is a full-time position based out of our New Albany, Indiana office with opportunities for remote work, as well. We practice primarily in the fields of insurance defense, insurance coverage, medical malpractice defense, trucking defense, construction defense, and civil litigation. Candidates must be licensed in Indiana and/or Kentucky, with licensure in both states preferred. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for research and writing, a diligent work ethic, and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with billing guidelines for the insurance industry and medical terminology are also desirable but not required. Compensation consists of a base salary with bonuses based on attainment of billable-hour goals. Our team takes great pride in our collegiality.
