Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and developing senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals and support staff to strengthen our legal team
  • Create marketing initiatives and plan, implement, and speak at various events and webinars, to further build up the credibility of the law firm to the community
  • Ensure that the firm is achieving its client satisfaction goals by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain and develop your own client caseload (particularly handling complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney
  • Be responsible for the financial strategy of the law firm by anticipating requirements and trends, monitoring the monthly budget, distributing funds across the company, and evaluating the results - making modifications when necessary

Qualifications:
  • Decision-making, public speaking and supervisory experience is required
  • Four-year bachelor's degree, along with a three-year law degree from an accredited law school
  • Great leadership, relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are needed in this role
  • Superior proficiency in reviewing reports, budgets, and advanced computer skills
  • Member of state and local bar associations
