Terrific opportunity for a bright 2nd, 3rd year or recent grad for law clerk/intern position with genuine growth potential. A Trademark Attorney is a dynamic boutique law firm with a focus on intellectual property, general corporate, litigation, and employment law.Candidate characteristics: a desire to learn "the business practice of the law" from the ground up; strong detail-oriented legal mind with common sense; ability to perform legal analysis and produce legal memorandum; well-organized and confident self-starter; a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the law and skill development; and a background in intellectual property a plus.
20+/- hours per week around your class schedule. Flexible hours, compensation commensurate with experience and abilities.

Experience:
