A Full Service, Super-Regional Law Firm, a leading regional law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, is seeking an associate for its New Haven office to be part of the Labor & Employment Practice Area with a secondary affiliation with the Commercial Litigation Practice Area.

The associate should have a minimum of three years of litigation experience with a strong preference for experience in all aspects of labor and employment law. Prior experience in complex commercial litigation will also be highly regarded. Candidates with post–law school federal clerkships but fewer than three full years of practice may also be considered. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Connecticut, and a dual bar in New York State or a willingness to seek admission to practice in New York is preferred. Candidates must have superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills and have demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and to develop and execute service strategies.
