Years of Experience: An American Law Firm seeks an attorney with at least four to six years (class of 2019-2017) of law firm experience in labor and employment to join the labor and employment team in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. A successful candidate will be capable of running cases, communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court, and have strong analytical, research and writing skills. Big firm experience a plus. Trial and employment litigation experience strongly preferred. Class action experience preferred. Active California bar membership is required.
