A Full-Service, National Law Firm is seeking an exceptional senior associate or counsel with at least 6 years of experience to join our fast-paced Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group. The Ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on executive compensation matters. Experience in qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, equity compensation, health and welfare plans, mergers and acquisitions, ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) and ESOP (employee stock ownership plans) is a plus. Candidate must have excellent academic record and commitment to client service. Position open for any office. Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, or Princeton preferred. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
