A Mortgage Lender Company is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200+ employees across the United States, we represent our A+++ service in 40+ states.We are seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to join its legal department as a Junior Counsel. This is a multi-faceted role and will include preparing for and conducting trials, especially administrative hearings. It will also include supporting the General Counsel in a multitude of internal and external projects the legal department is responsible for. The position requires an individual with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task. Candidate must be open to learning real estate valuation, appraisals, appraisal techniques and government governing regulations and professional guidance, USPAP, Appraisal Institute publications, etc.
