Job Requirements: Is This You?
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school required.
- Preferred active license to practice law in the state of Delaware.
- Preferred experience in a legal role within a corporate setting and or experience as a litigator.
- Preferred experience in corporate law, auto and liability insurance, contracts, and compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive teams, customers, and vendors.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred 3-5 years' experience in the transportation and or logistics industry.
