Defense Firm with multiple office locations throughout California seeking General Liability attorney with 4 plus years' experience in General Liability defense for the Westlake Village office. Must have experience in working up files, investigating, communicating with corporate clients, propounding and responding to discovery, taking depositions and preparing for trial. Must have experience in drafting reports to carrier/client, pleadings and dispositive motions. Must be self-motivated, curious, and hardworking. Must be independent enough to prepare files for settlement and trial as appropriate. Knowledge of public entity law is a plus.This is a great opportunity to get involved in the early development of a quickly growing general defense department.
