As part of the Corporate Security team at A Telephone Service Company, you will utilize monitoring systems to ensure employees have access to a secure work environment while acting as an important point of contact in the event of an emergency.

Responsibilities:Manage access control credentials within an enterprise level access control platform, including processing access requests, printing identification cards and troubleshooting access issues for employees. Contact remote site owners regarding system alerts for door concerns which occur outside of authorized use hours. Respond to requests for information from employees, customers and vendors and escalate any reported concerns. Compile report data to assist with personnel reviews conducted by Human Resources or Security Receive phone and system notifications related to possible emergency situations and follow documented procedures to escalate the concern.

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. This is a safety sensitive position.
