Description:
Duties- Must be located in Fort Collins or North Denver area (to take on some Larimer, Weld and Adams) county cases) and be licensed Colorado attorney.
- Real estate, estate planning and/or criminal law experience and interest a plus as additional hours in these practice areas may be available.
- No billed hour requirement. 10-15 hours per week available.
- Must be empathetic and responsive to clients.
- Must be self-starter and self-motivated as this is a lead attorney position.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a family law attorney.
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures and court rules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
