Our Fidelity & Surety attorneys work with companies of all sizes, with most of the country's largest sureties and fidelity insurers as clients, as well as many of the nation's smaller sureties and fidelity insurers.Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a mid-level associate to join our Fidelity & Surety team in our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate for this role is a commercial litigator with 5+ years' of experience, with significant experience litigating in the federal and state courts of both New York and New Jersey. Experience with surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters is a plus. Admission to the New Jersey and New York bars is required.
