Description:
Job Functions- Provides continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters regarding Where Precision & Quality Create Real Estate Opportunity and all other entities.
- Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on all major business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Provide strategic tax advice.
- Defines a strategic defense and approves settlements of disputes.
- Oversees the selection, retention, management, and evaluation of all outside counsel.
- Set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors.
- Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically.
- Upholds compliance with applicable SEC et al. laws and regulations.
- Uphold ethics and integrity in the decision-making process.
- Draft agreements with the intent of minimizing risks and maximizing legal rights.
- Meet legal objectives.
- Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas.

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Jurisdiction Doctor
- Admitted to the bar
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a law firm environment
- Proven general counseling experience.
- Overall broad legal knowledge US and International
- In- depth understanding of legal issues in organizations
- Ability to develop legal strategies and objectives.
Preferred Education & Experience
Master's degree in Business administrations or related field
