Job Functions
  • Provides continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters regarding Where Precision & Quality Create Real Estate Opportunity and all other entities.
  • Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on all major business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  • Provide strategic tax advice.
  • Defines a strategic defense and approves settlements of disputes.
  • Oversees the selection, retention, management, and evaluation of all outside counsel.
  • Set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors.
  • Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically.
  • Upholds compliance with applicable SEC et al. laws and regulations.
  • Uphold ethics and integrity in the decision-making process.
  • Draft agreements with the intent of minimizing risks and maximizing legal rights.
  • Meet legal objectives.
  • Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas.

Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Jurisdiction Doctor
  • Admitted to the bar
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a law firm environment
  • Proven general counseling experience.
  • Overall broad legal knowledge US and International
  • In- depth understanding of legal issues in organizations
  • Ability to develop legal strategies and objectives.

Preferred Education & Experience
Master's degree in Business administrations or related field
