Description:
Seeking a family lawyer / divorce attorney who will work under notable local trial lawyer Federal Criminal Defense Attorneys & Divorce Lawyers.The law firm is in high demand, and the sky is the ceiling for this position. The successful candidate will join a small team of driven lawyers who work on family law/divorce, high profile civil litigation, personal injury, state and federal criminal defense, Title IX and other education matters, as well as employment disputes.
We're looking for an attorney who is highly motivated to grow with the firm.
Legal Qualifications:
- Two+ years of experience as a family lawyer in Virginia preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple cases and complex legal issues at the same time.
- Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of a case: meet with clients, work cases up, conduct research, resolve legal issues, write correspondence, meet all legal deadlines, file motions, and zealously represent clients in courtroom trials – all while providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills; calls prospects back immediately; responds to all clients in a timely manner.
- Must be highly organized and meet all deadlines.
- Experience using a case management system. Knowledge of billing a plus.
