A Prestigious California Consumer Protection Law Firm is seen as a leader in the area of Lemon Law and has a reputation for aggressively representing the interest of its clients - those consumers who have purchased defective vehicle. Our firm takes pride in the fact that it vigorously represents its clients and holds automakers to account. Due to our high caseload, we have a need to add junior litigation associates in our Century City (Los Angeles) office. We are also seeking litigators who could be housed in our other offices in Walnut Creek (East Bay), and Roseville (Sacramento).

The successful candidate(s) will ideally have 6 months - 3 years of litigation experience.

A successful candidate will demonstrate a desire to serve the public interest by advocating on behalf of California consumers pursuing claims against car manufacturers and car dealers. The position calls for a hardworking and dedicated attorney that is interested in aggressive discovery-driven litigation tactics. A Prestigious California Consumer Protection Law Firm offers a unique opportunity for a young attorney to get immediate experience in many phases of litigation, including: written discovery, law & motion, oral argument, depositions, and trial preparation. Qualities/Skills needed to successfully perform job duties and responsibilities.
  • Minimum J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
  • California Bar license in good standing
  • Ideally has over 6 months experience as a California licensed attorney
  • Willingness to learn and apply technology solutions and work in a paperless environment
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
  • Ability in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and comply with deadlines
  • Willingness to function in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel within California for court appearances, vehicle inspections, and depositions
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
