The Portland office of A National Labor & Employment Firm seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-3 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, and has a growth mindset.

Although we would prefer that you have some experience in employment law, we are also interested in working with and developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena. If you have substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, we invite you to apply.

Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. You will also have the opportunity to educate clients through learning programs geared to guide them through challenging moments with their business using unique technology platforms.
