Description:
Employee benefits and executive compensation Attorney with 5+ years of
top tier law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have employee
benefits and executive compensation experience, with particular exposure
to counseling on tax-qualified retirement plans and advising/drafting
with respect to 409A and 280G in the context of M&A/corporate
transactional deals. Additionally, prior experience with SEC's Executive
Compensation Disclosure Rules is a strong plus. Depending on seniority,
some portable business is preferred but not required. Location flexible
(can be in any market where A Law Firm has an office). Must possess a
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and have bar
admission in the jurisdiction of resident office location.
