- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

- Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in insurance law.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in Louisiana
- At least 5 years years of experience practicing insurance coverage law.
- Strong knowledge of insurance law, including coverage issues and policy interpretation.
- Proven track record of success in handling insurance coverage litigation matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
