Deputy District Attorney III
  • Perform professional advanced level legal work which may include responsibility for criminal prosecution of felony offenses in District Court.
  • Render legal advice to law enforcement agencies.
  • Attend arraignments, pre-trial conferences, sentencing conferences in assigned areas.
  • Prepare and present jury trials and trials to the Court.
  • Assist citizens on the phone or walk-in clients.
  • Perform related work as required.

$102,943.83 - $130,406.16 annually, plus benefits (see benefits tab on the job posting). The position will normally start at $102,943.83 annually.

Deputy District Attorney IV
  • Render legal advice to law enforcement agencies.

  • Assist Chief Deputy District Attorneys in homicide trials, as assigned.
  • Assist citizens on the phone or walk-in clients.
  • Perform related work as required.

Deputy District Attorney V
The District Attorney's office is recruiting for a Deputy District Attorney V who will perform professional complex level legal work which includes responsibility for criminal prosecution of felony offenses in District Court.

$131,613.90 - $166,763.19 annually plus benefits (see benefits tab on the job posting).

Education:
Juris Doctorate

Experience:
One year of practice as a Deputy District Attorney.

Education:
Juris Doctorate

Experience:
Four years of practice as a Deputy District Attorney.

Deputy District Attorney V
Education:
Juris Doctorate

Experience:
Five years of practice as a Deputy District Attorney.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
