This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to showcase their expertise and engage in high-profile, complex appellate cases that have a significant impact on criminal law in Arizona.As a member of our criminal appellate team, you will:
- Develop and execute innovative appellate strategies and work with our managing attorney on all on-going cases.
- Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the firm's appellate practice
- Engage in high-profile, complex appellate cases that have a significant impact on criminal law in Arizona
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, judges, and legal professionals to enhance the firm's reputation
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, and CLE presentations
- Provide exceptional legal counsel and representation to clients.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in criminal appellate law, with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills that set you apart from your peers
- A deep understanding of Arizona criminal law and appellate procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships

- Admission to the Arizona Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
