A Full-Service Law Firm has an opening in Sarasota, FL for an associate in the Corporate Department. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of corporate transactions, M&A, health law and regulatory experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Experience with complex health care transactions.
- Experience with health care compliance and fraud and abuse matters is preferred.
Strong academic record and excellent analytical skills required.
