Description:
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join the An American Multinational Technology Company Legal team supporting Project Kuiper. Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.As a rising-star Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for counseling the Kuiper team on the services it will provide to customers globally. You will handle legal issues in business-centric ways and develop processes that address risk while allowing the business flexibility and freedom to quickly develop services that prioritize and delight our customers.
This position is based in Redmond, WA. Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
