Essential Job Functions:
A Healthcare Company Corporate Counsel, Corporate & Securities will assist with:
- Supporting A Healthcare Company's SEC filings and other corporate regulatory filings, including the proxy statement, 10-K, and Section 16 reports, as well as compliance with listing and governance requirements
- Corporate governance matters, including Board and Committee support
- Providing legal support for debt and equity offerings and other transactional corporate matters
Required Qualifications:
- JD and active license to practice
- At least five years of relevant corporate experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department with a focus on Securities and Board Governance
- Team player with high level of integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, humility, and willingness to grow
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with legal and non-legal audiences at all levels of the organization
- The ideal candidate must be a confident self-starter who can prioritize and lead multiple tasks and responsibilities with agility, efficiency, and an extremely high attention to detail
